Leaves | (4)7–13 × 2–4 cm, 6–14 per stalk, clasping, lanceolate to elliptic. |

Flowers | tepals 6, 2–6 mm long; pedicels 3–14(17) mm long; stamens 6. |
Fruits | globose, 5–11 mm in diameter, green with dark longitudinal stripes when immature, becoming red. |
