Notes: a.k.a. "Winter Rim"; it's the steep fault scarp that overlooks Summer Lake. Fremont Point is the only spot with a panoramic view, but there are wildflowers all along the main road; keep an eye out for seasonal seeps and streams.

Peak wildflower bloom on Winter Ridge is typically from late May through June into late July, but there may be some flowers blooming from early May until early August.*
