filaments 8–9 mm long;

anthers to 10 mm long, pink to light purple.

sepals ovate-lanceolate, 15–20 mm long, acuminate;

petals obovate, pink to purple, 20–30 mm long, irregularly toothed at tip, dark red chevron above nectary gland, with sparse long hairs near nectary;

nectary centered well away from the petal edges;

filaments to 10 mm long;

anthers approximately 4 mm long; short pointed.

Fruits

erect; lance-linear, 5–10 mm wide.

erect, broadly elliptic, 20–30 mm long, sharply pointed at tip, winged.

Seeds

wafer-like; straw-colored.
