Leaves | stipules on late ones absent, rudimentary, or foliaceous; largest medial blade (sometimes amphistomatous), 3–12 times as long as wide, adaxial surface not glaucous. |
Staminate flowers | filaments glabrous or hairy. |
Pistillate flowers | adaxial nectary shorter than stipe; stipe 0.4–4 mm; ovary sparsely to moderately densely short-silky; stigmas with flat, non-papillate abaxial surface, or stigmas cylindrical, 0.2–0.8 mm. |
