Gander's ragwort

Habit Perennials, 20–50+ cm, taprooted (caudices branched, ascending to erect, woody). Perennials, 30–80+ cm; fibrous-rooted (bases weakly spreading).

abruptly reduced (petiolate or sessile, oblanceolate, pinnatifid; distal sessile, bractlike).

Peduncles

bracteate, sparsely to densely lanate-tomentose.

corolla laminae 10–15 mm.
