Discussion

Variety cusickii is known from a few populations near Unity in Baker County, Oregon (K. A. Weitemier 2010) and near Donnelly and McCall in Valley County, Idaho.

Variety lepidus was historically present throughout much of the Willamette Valley; it has been extirpated from much of its range and is probably now only present in Oregon at a few sites (K. A. Weitemier 2010).
