(first in basal rosettes, proximal cauline sometimes opposite or subopposite, distal alternate);

blades grayish green, 15–35 × 7–20 mm, bases cuneate to attenuate, apices rounded or slightly retuse, faces often viscid when fresh.

Peduncles

Corollas

8–10 mm, surpassing involucres.

Phyllaries

outer ca. 3 mm;

inner ca. 5–6 mm, more chartaceous.
