Eriogonum subreniforme is generally rare to infrequent throughout its scattered range in northern Arizona (Apache, Coconino, Mohave, and Navajo counties), northwestern New Mexico (McKinley and San Juan counties), and southern Utah (Garfield, Kane, and Washington counties).
