Discussion

Rock crevices, cliffs, rocky outcrops, among boulders, serpentine rock, and talus. Flowering Apr–Sep. 50–2000 m. BR, BW, Col, ECas, Lava, Owy. CA, ID, NV, WA; north to British Columbia. Native.

2 subspecies.
