Riverbanks, roadsides, disturbed areas. Flowering May–Aug. 0–300 m. CR, Est, Sisk, WV. CA, NV, WA; southeast to FL, south to Mexico; Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, Pacific Islands. Exotic.
