Discussion | Wet prairies, pastures, shores, ditches. 100–300m. Casc, WV. CA; scattered across North America; South America. Exotic. Juncus marginatus is considered adventive in California as well as British Columbia and Oregon. The red-speckling on the tepals or capsules (when present) and knobby stem base are distinctive. |
