Discussion | Grasslands, scablands, open coniferous forests. Flowering Jun–Aug. 200–2500m. BR, BW, Lava. NV, WA. Native. A disjunct population of this species exists in the Humboldt Mountains of Nevada. |
Vernal meadows in heavy clays or serpentine soils. Flowering Apr–Jun. 100–800m. Casc, Sisk, WV. CA. Native. Calochortus uniflorus is known to hybridize with C. tolmiei. |
