Distribution | ||
Discussion | Talus, rock outcrops, gravelly soil, sagebrush-grassland communities. Flowering Mar–Jun. 100–1800 m. Lava, Sisk. CA, ID, NV; southeast to UT. Native. |
Dry pumice slopes. Flowering Jul–Aug. 2100–2800 m. Casc. Native. Endemic to Oregon. Molecular evidence suggests that Boechera horizontalis is an apomictic species that arose through hybridization between B. lemmonii and B. suffrutescens (Windham & Al-Shehbaz 2007). |
